I read the reviews before purchasing and everyone was correct, they’re very similar to the old hot sausages from the 80’s.
I’ll be buying these regularly.

These are quality, like the old Penrose ones that came in the jars ( no longer available) Not like the mushy kind ! Hot ones have a little kick ! Pricey, but the best you can get!
