We LOVE the Pork Rind Crumbs, use them is so many recopies. Have not been tested, but so many bread crumbs upset my belly and these don't at all and they ALL taste great, happy to have come across these.

Because I am diabetic, I am always looking for no or low carb alternatives in my diet/cooking. I had ordered some pork rinds for my wife, she is a Ranch flavor fan, and I saw the "pork rind crumbs so I ordered the plain/ranch/Italian flavors for breading some of my chicken and fish dishes, I like my breading's on the spicy side so I would add some cayenne powder for a liitle heat. When it came time to reorder, I noted you had added "Spicy Cajun" so I "updated my order preferences.

This is a great product. I’ve also used the Italian and the ranch flavors and they are also really good. The Cajun had such a nice kick to the spiciness and it didn’t lose its flavor. I would recommend these products to anyone. The chicken was crunchy and the pork chops. I use them on at it so much flavor.

Great in meatloaf

I used this in my meatloaf recipe in place of crackers or bread. It was very tasty and made a great meatloaf. I really didn’t taste the spicy part of it but it did make a great substitute.

Spicy Cajun is hot, but not stupid hot

I love this flavor. Used it on chicken tenders today. It leaves a nice warmth in your mouth. Hot, but not stupid hot. It would be perfect for Mahi Mahi steaks, which I did not have on hand. Can't wait to try that combo.

Porking good crispy chicken

I love using your crumbs for crispy chicken in the air fryer. So delicious….I dip the chicken breast in an egg wash and toss in the crumbs. Pop in the air fryer for 6 minutes on each side….delish!!!
